12.5.2.1 is terrible. constant phantom breaking when driving through green lights, phantom breaking on turns, the previous version 12.3.6 was far better.

Drastic improvement coming off of 12.3.6, smoother turns and take offs. Model seems like it wants to squeeze some tighter gaps turning from stop sign onto higher speed roads. Disengagements were made, but may just take some getting used to it's confidence.

No nag is amazing. Great to finally jump from 12.3.6 to 12.5.x. Actual FSD is no better, disengaging frequently, but not having the nag makes the experience so much better.

Only had this one for 24 hours.. Now installing the latest.. But had it for some reason stop 2 times for green lights.. Very odd.. It was handling a lot of the houston traffic great. The 15 trips I did on uber everyone was shocked at how well it did.. No hands on wheel at all. Hopping the 12.5.4 is just as good or better. Can't wait to get back to SPI TX to test all my problem areas..

This is frustrating version of FSD, for it slows down well below the set speed & will not stay at the set speed when manually accelerating to the set speed, like the previous FSD version, 12.3.6.

+ hands free is amazing + FSD parks in the driveway now. + U-turns near perfect. + Confidence notably improved when entering major surface streets from side streets. Much less hesitation. - Steering wiggle has returned slightly during low speed maneuvers. (parking lots, turns after stop, etc.) - stopped at a green light (twice) - Lanes choices are worse than 12.3.6, dare I say non-nonsensical. - ignores speed signs on highway. I see them pass by on the tesla screen but max speed doesn't update.

Coming from 12.3.6. This version has fixed many small annoyances for me on my commute. I did notice a regression with one roundabout where it used its signal sporadically. Speed issues still persist in this version. Oh and for me at least the car now pulls up closer to the actual stop lines which was one of major annoyances
