FSD 12.5.4 is a mixed bag relative to 12.3.6, with a regression or two. Turns involved very jerky and startling corrections, over/understeering. With dumb summon, 2023 MYLR pulled into my garage but inconsistently. Sometimes pulled in 1' from the back wall, sometimes 2-3' short. Also, MYLR remembers garage door even after it's lifted; MYLR refuses to go further. The only Smart Summon improvement would be the ability to target a particular parking space to send it. "Come to me" is pretty cool.

Much better for sure! My only issue is when the light turns green it takes off (chill mode too!). It should wait two seconds or so because where I live people run red lights constantly. Staging also needs to be improved. I was in heavy traffic and in the outside lane. The car waited too long to change lanes for an upcoming exit and it got extremely confused. I had to intervene. Speed control is still trash.

FSD 12.5.4 did great on a 2k road trip. Far from perfect but I was very glad to have the feature.

This version of FSD is smoother, but still requires the same quantity of interventions.

On a left turn it still likes to pull out in front of traffic stop! Better just let us decide when to move on a non-4way left. Sunglasses driving works great, very few nags. Driving into the sun is safer now, it will disable fsd instead of slamming the brakes in the middle of the highway for no reason. Maintains speed better than the last version.

ASS solves a problem I don't have. A new problem is lights turning yellow in intersections: It gets confused; starts forward then sometimes slams on the brakes, when it would have been safer to just continue through. There is a new, odd problem of choosing and stubbornly adhering to a speed below the limit (e.g., 23 in a 25mph) And, phantom braking has returned with a vengeance. This is the first update that makes my Y( much) less drivable.

Quite a bit better than the last version I had. I like the more natural feel, perhaps described as smoother. Two negatives, however, one very minor, the other, IMO, a safety issue. 1) minor issue: FSD does not know hoe to negotiate "cattle guards"; 2) major issue: pretty consistent understeering on all curves where the radius points in the direction of the passenger side. I define understeer as "not enough to stay in the original lane". Other than that, very happy so far.
