bug in tacc topspeed

Very good at most tasks, but this point release is so excessively cautious and hesitant at backing into a space that this function has become unusable. Lane change hesistation (even without any traffic around me) is reduced from the previous version, but still occurs periodically.

Does well.

Everything works fine

FSD can't recognize 30km/h SCHOOL ZONE sign.Speed continuing 45-50km/h in School Zone.

Almost there!!

Good at just about everything except it seems with each dot release the car is becoming more cautious. Let's get 14.3 released already!
